This quality label means that Titurel has its primary care processes and support processes in order, its residents and clients of principle-centered and constantly works to improve its care- and service. Het eerste ISO certificaat is behaald in 2015, sindsdien worden we 3 jaarlijks ge-audit en vindt over het algemeen jaarlijks -op ons eigen verzoek- een tussentijdse toetsing plaats.
