Titurel opens doors for cyclists family bike ride Woensdrecht

It was a beautiful late summer; on Sunday afternoon 28 of September, many residents of the municipality of Woensdrecht in motion for the annual family bike ride. Estimated to cause more than 1000 cyclists a route of about 35 km in the beautiful surroundings of Woensdrecht and surroundings.

 

At several points there was something fun to do. Titurel was such a stop; on our beautiful area there was a very pleasant crowd!

The visitors found a nice terrace where they could do to tasty soup feast, snacks and drinks. Our residents meanwhile made a cheerful note.
Show welcomed the visitors with cozy accordion music, Mijke treated to rap beats and Ton took us on a tour reggae. In between DJ Lex took the musical entertainment.

 

There was a nice route along several stalls set up. At the first booth you could, by residents, buy homemade gifts; beautiful creations of wood, textiles and ceramics. Bob and Nico gave a demonstration 'make mats'. Roland had hours in the kitchen of Restaurant Jagersrust stood for very tasty raisins in lawyer, chocoladecrème, strawberry jam and muffins. Smullen!

You could get acquainted with the work of Solidarity Workshop Huijbergen either "Supply and Demand", a foundation that refurbishes old tools for the benefit of people in developing countries. Also wine trade Gerhard Horstink was present and many a sportsman sipped as the Brabant walnut liqueur ... Bicycle Shop Marc Guns from Putte gave the visitors offer advice to their questions on their two-wheeler.

In short: We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon where everyone has enjoyed plenty!
