At Titurel we have a classically designed client council, consisting of a kinship council – in which a delegation of residents sits – and a residents' council, Also the living room night. We want all residents keep the communication direct and transparent so that every resident feels involved and addressed and the lines are very short.

Every week, at the three locations, living room conversations place. Participants in these discussions the residents, the team leader and the care coordinator share.

In the living room interviews, residents can bring any subject discussed; In addition, they should be informed about issues that play from the organization. It is well taken the time to properly engage with each other. Mutual respect and equality are the key.
