Wij bieden ambulante woonbegeleiding in combinatie met logeren bij Titurel. Together with the client we look at where the guidance is necessary and desirable, and help so it fails to live well in their own home.

We consider it important that the people we offer this outpatient counseling, also want to make the community part. For example, that they match the fields, at the celebration of the New Year celebrations or join in the many activities organized. Even if you live independently, you can be part of the community: the care we provide surpasses the one on one contact with the supervisor.
