The care Titurel offers is partly funded by the care agency and partly from the municipalities.

The Care Assessment Centre (Chiz) provides indications on the WLZ care from the care office. The municipalities take decisions out within the framework of the WMO / Protected Housing.

Titurel levert eveneens zorg op basis van een PGB, both for care from the care office as from municipalities.

In- en uitsluitingscriteria

We vinden het erg belangrijk dat onze bewoners zich thuis voelen, zich prettig voelen bij hoe we bij Titurel met elkaar omgaan. We verwachten van onze nieuwe bewoners – en hun netwerk – dat ze zich kunnen vinden in onze werkwijze en visie. Dit houdt concreet in dat we van onze bewoners verwachten dat ze (in time) binnen hun mogelijkheden contact wíllen hebben, samen wonen en werken met hun medebewoners. In short, dat ze deel uit willen maken van een grotere gemeenschap.

We vinden het belangrijk om passende zorg te bieden aan onze cliënten. Dat begint met een passende woonomgeving en, wat betreft het groepswonen, een passende groep van mensen om zich heen. Daarom onderzoeken we bij de intake – aanname van cliënten – of de nieuwe bewoner voldoende aansluiting heeft met de groep en of het groep-dynamisch klimaat passend is.

We kunnen niet iedereen goede, passende zorg bieden: daarom maken we voorbehoud voor cliënten met een specifieke zorgvraag. We benoemen hierbij:
– een ernstige gedragsproblematiek, verbale en non-verbale agressie waarbij de veiligheid en/of het duurzaam welzijn van medebewoners/medewerkers in gevaar komt;
– een ernstige acute psychiatrische problematiek
– intensieve lichamelijke zorgvragen
– een actuele drugs/alcohol verslaving

Binnen Titurel bieden wij geen onvrijwillige zorg zoals bedoeld onder de Wet Zorg en Dwang. Wij bieden intern geen behandeling; wanneer behandeling noodzakelijk is, wordt deze, in nauwe afstemming, door een andere zorgaanbieder aangeboden.

care funding

• Financing through Care in Kind (MEANING)
  • This form of financing is the "wage, property- and maintenance ", or the cost of food and rent, included in the price. Titurel / care provider does not charge extra accommodation.
  • Often you will have to pay a contribution to support Titurel. How much you pay depends on your income, Age, family situation, and indication of whether decision. Cleaning
The common areas are cleaned by Titurel. Depending on the care indication of the occupant and customized support plan, will this help in the maintenance of his / her room.

Liability insurance
Titurel is for all residents and participants (day care) a collective accident insurance that intervenes in case of personal injury to the occupant / operator which is the causative Titurel. There is a possibility to connect to the corporate liability insurance, these costs are passed on in that case.

Contents insurance
Wij sluiten voor elke bewoner een inboedelverzekering ad € 8000,- per bewoner af; tenzij u aangeeft een eigen inboedelverzekering af te sluiten. Ook wie zich voor meer wenst te verzekeren, should do yourself supplementary insurance.
